Accounts Assistants / Audit Assistants / Accounts Execut

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Accounts Assistants / Audit Assistants

 

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates

• Basic accounting knowledge (On job training will provided)

• Knowledge of MYOB is preferred

• Basic computer skill- Excel and Microsoft word, email etc

• Responsible, good working attitude and willing to learn

• Able to commence work within short notice

• Interns are welcome

 

 

Accounts Executive

 

• Degree/Diploma in Accountancy, LCCI, partial ACCA/Diploma in Accountancy & tax

• 1-2 years relevant accounts/audit experience in CPA firm is preferred

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin

• Knowledge of MYOB is preferred

• Proficient in - Excel and Microsoft word, email etc

• Good oral and written communication skills

• Responsible, good working attitude, proactive in resolve issues, good communication skill, timely reporting, • minimum supervision and willing to learn

• Able to commence work within short notice

• Handle full set of accounts

 

 

REPORTING STRUCTURE:

 

Candidates would report directly to seniors or their assigned mentor that will be personally guiding them and ensuring they are accumulating relevant
